Prices
To be able to offer you as a passenger lowest possible prices,
Kullaflyg offer a price concept based on single tickets. You can
put together your journey choosing the cheapest available flights.
If you choose not to book your ticket yourself, but ask Customer
Services to make your entire booking, a booking fee of SEK 75 per
ticket/trip will be added. You contact Customer Services on

The low price philosophy of Kullaflyg does not permit repayments
of our bookable tickets. An exception to the rule is illness with a
doctor's certificate. Accordingly, the tickets cannot be cancelled.
If you have a Rebookable ticket, you can put in an open position to
use it later.
Unlike most other airline companys, you do not have the ticket in
your favour if you do not show up at departure. If it is changeable
it has to be rebooked 30 minutes before departure, otherwise it
will be considered as used. This could be good to bear in mind if
you book a ticket that cannot be changed and if you depend on other
means of transportation to get to the airport.
Taxes and fees
We are burdened with a number of taxes and fees. Our receipts come
entirely from our passengers, with the exception from a few smaller
destinations in Norrland. In addition to this, means are withdrawn
more or less entirely to the state, which we call fees. Occurring
taxes and fees paid to states, authorities and airports are
included in our ticket prices at present. These taxes and fees can
be changed, which means you can be charged more than stated
here.
Payment costs
Credit- and chargecard
When you pay with creditcard we show and charge the costs charged
by the cardissuer. These costs can vary considerably, depending on
type of card used by you. We are using this system in order not to
disqualify any types of payment. In addition we give you SEK 10
discount. If you choose to pay with chargecard you will not be
charged any additional costs. During the reservation process you
can see the actual cost for using your type of card.
Invoice
If you choose to to pay against invoice the charge is SEK 22. In
this case you will also get the SEK 10 discount. Accordingly there
is no increase in the charges
Cash
If you wish to pay cash at the airport there will be an additional
charge due to the charges from the swedish statebank. We are using
Luftfartsverket staff at Bromma airport, due to this we need to
charge you when paying cash at Bromma airport.

This price apply to an entirely rebookable ticket, single. If you
have booked a ticket, it is possible to change it into a Voucher
that can be used later. Or if you would like to change the name of
the passenger. The "Get-there-guarantee", which is included in the
ticket price, means that you will be rebooked to another airline
company, if possible, when there is an operational disturbance due
to technical problems. We will pay any difference in price for that
ticket. The Rebookable ticket can be bought for all departures and
seats. You also earn one (1) bonus point for every flight with this
type of ticket. You earn one flight free of charge already after 10
flights. Check-in is 15 minutes before departure at the
latest.
If you buy a 10-packet of tickets, so-called Vouchers, catering

Economy from SEK 295 +
fees SEK 133* + Bromma fee

Price and availability varies between departures. The pricerange
starts as low as SEK 295 + airportfees. The prices are dynamic in
order to offer as low prices as possible. Less popular flights are
normally cheaper. The ticket can be changed to a Stand By ticket
valid at an earlier departure. This means that you are able to buy
a subsidized Stand By ticket for SEK 250 at the airport. If you are
not able to fly on your reserved departure, you have the
possibility to aler the passenger name on this ticket - the fee for
this is SEK 150 and is done by pushing the button "Rebook". If you
cancel your ticket we will refund the airportfees. This is also
done by pushing the "Rebook" button.

To increase possibilities for lower air fares, we also work with
Stand By tickets. You can compare these tickets to train, bus or
underground tickets. You cannot book this ticket and they can only
be bought at Ängelholm and Bromma Airports. The ticket is not valid
until you have announced your presence in the queue. You can only
queue up for the next flight leaving. If you do not get a seat on
this flight, you will be transferred to the next flight. Or if you
prefer, you can get your money back. You have to be present at the
departure you queue for. Stand By tickets are good if you are ready
to take a chance when travelling. The price of the Stand By ticket
is the same, regardless if you are a young person or an
adult.
Name change
It is possible to change passenger name, the charge for this is
SEK 150 and this can be made up to 48 hour before departure. This
is done by pushing the button "Rebook".
Cancelling an economy ticket
It is possible to cancel the economy ticket, we will then refund
the airportfees - presently SEK 133 + SEK 5.
Repayment will be done to the same creditcard used when reserving
the ticket. If invioce was selected we will send a creditinvoice.
The cancellationprocess is initiated by pushing the "rebook"
button. It is possible to receive full repayment only in case of
sickness. Please refer to the General Conditions.
Miscellaneous
Whenever there is a delay or if we are forced to cancel a
departure, we never compensate with reimbursements, transports,
hotels etc. There is no catering on board free of charge and you
book and pay your flight yourself on the Internet. These are some
of the reasons why we are able to deliver flights to low
prices.
